I LOVE Kate! She’s very methodical in her instruction. I can truly close my eyes and just follow her voice. Her practice puts my IT band in HEAVEN. I always feel extra flexible and chipper after her classes. She’s by far my favorite yoga instructor in my 8 years of practice. I could go on and on!
