I'm a yoga instructor, functional range conditioning mobility specialist, and personal trainer. In 2019 I completed a 100-hour anatomy and biomechanics training led by physical therapists that incorporates PT science with yoga movement philosophy. I combine what I've learned in my various training disciplines to create a yoga style that will benefit you and your goals more effectively than a traditional yoga practice.
