Hi! I'm Kate. I’m a 500-hour yoga instructor, certified personal trainer, and pre-natal certified. I recently completed a training with physical therapists in order to better serve my students who are in pain. One of my online students described me as "the real deal - not one of these new age chakra junkies", and I think that's pretty accurate.
When you take my classes, you can expect a challenging but supportive class. My goal is for my students to leave my classes with knowledge about movement and their unique bodies so that they can apply it to movement outside the yoga class and in everyday life. My students learn and laugh their way through class, leaving stress at the door and walking away feeling accomplished and stronger in their bodies and minds.

I know Kate because she was the yoga instructor in my office building for after-work yoga sessions.
