    About Your Instructor

    I’m a 500-hour vinyasa yoga instructor and certified personal trainer. I've also trained an additional 100 hours with physical therapists, where I learned how to blend yoga and physical therapy science.

    My goal is for you to experience an approach to yoga that draws from physical therapy science to help you live a more pain-free, healthy life.
